Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mdastore.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the return. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Returns are free of charge. We cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@mdastore.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days and no later than 14 days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
