We use 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating for enhanced shine and tarnish resistance. It is also hypoallergenic.

Most of our creations also feature carefully antique or contemporary porcelain fragments and handpicked freshwater pearls, each chosen for its unique character and timeless beauty.

Our Antique Bloom series features reclaimed shards of Chinese porcelain from the Ming and Qing dynasties (approximately late 14th to early 20th century), while our Studio Fire series showcases modern hand-painted porcelain created in-house by our artist. Yes. Our silver pieces are officially hallmarked to certify their authenticity and quality. For necklaces, the hallmark is engraved on the extension chain. For smaller pieces such as rings and earrings, the hallmark is not applied, as engraving it on such small surfaces could risk deforming the jewelry.

The French hallmark is an official guarantee recognized by law, ensuring that each piece meets the required standard of 925 sterling silver.

Avoid prolonged contact with sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, or harsh chemicals. After each wear, gently wipe it with the soft polishing cloth included in your packaging, then store it in an airtight pouch or box to protect it from air and moisture.

With these simple steps, your jewelry will keep its natural luster and accompany you beautifully for years to come.

Each order is carefully prepared to ensure both protection and presentation. Your jewelry is first placed in a PE zip bag to minimize exposure to air and moisture, then nestled in a soft cotton drawstring pouch. It is further secured in a sturdy, eco-friendly tinplate box, cushioned with biodegradable honeycomb paper to prevent movement during transit. Finally, your package is shipped in a recyclable cardboard box and a biodegradable mailer.

Yes. We use environmentally responsible and reusable materials for every step of our packaging. From the recyclable zip bag and reusable cotton pouch to the sturdy tinplate box and biodegradable honeycomb paper, each element is designed to protect both your jewelry and the planet. Our shipping boxes and biodegradable mailers are also designed for a second use, thanks to their double adhesive strip.

Yes. You can write your gift message in the order note box in your shopping cart before checkout. Each message is handwritten on a card to add a personal and thoughtful touch. If you don’t see it, feel free to email us your request at contact@mdastore.com with your order number. 

We ship all in-stock items within 24–48 hours (business days). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within:

  • France: 2-4 business days (Colissimo)
  • European Union: Starting from 3 business days (Colissimo)
  • International destinations: Starting from 5 business days (Colissimo)

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the Colissimo website.

    If you choose the signature-required option, a signature will be mandatory upon delivery. We strongly recommend selecting this option for your jewelry orders, as it provides an additional layer of security and ensures that your package is safely received.

    Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

    For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and will be billed directly by the carrier.

    If a package is returned because the recipient refused to pay these fees, the refund will be partial and will not include the shipping and return costs.

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Some items, such as earrings and custom pieces, are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons.

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mdastore.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.

    Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be returned in accordance with our return policy.

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

    Yes. Returns are free of charge. We cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days and no later than 14 days.

    We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want every piece to reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@mdastore.com within 48 hours of delivery.

    Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. Our team will promptly review your request and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, ensuring a seamless experience.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a notification with the details.

    Yes. All our jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any alterations made by a third party. If you believe your piece is defective, please contact us at contact@mdastore.com with your order number and photos, and our team will be happy to assist you.

    Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps, loose settings, or other issues resulting from the production process.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidental damage or misuse
    • Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or humidity
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties


    If you believe your jewelry has a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us at contact@mdastore.com with your order number and photos for assistance.

    If your jewelry is still under warranty and has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@mdastore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the piece.

    Our team will carefully inspect your request and, if eligible, arrange a complimentary repair or replacement, ensuring your jewelry receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.

    If your jewelry is damaged for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, we also offer a paid repair service whenever possible. Please contact us for an assessment and quote.

    If your jewelry is damaged due to reasons other than a manufacturing defect, or if it is a manufacturing defect but the warranty has expired, we still offer a paid repair service whenever possible. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the item for an assessment and a repair quote.

    The repair time depends on the nature of the issue and the work required. Once our team has reviewed your request, we will provide you with an estimated timeframe and keep you informed throughout the process.
