Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Some items, such as earrings and custom pieces, are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Email us at contact@mdastore.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

For exchanges, please return your item first and place a new order once your return is approved.
