Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mdastore.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the return. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Returns are free of charge. We cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@mdastore.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days and no later than 14 days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods or for made-to-order items, processing time may be slightly longer.

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within:
- France: 2-4 business days (Colissimo)
- European Union: Starting from 3 business days (Colissimo)
- International destinations: Starting from 5 business days (Colissimo)
Please note these are estimated times and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier delays.
Tracking and Signature
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For destinations outside France, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
For France, you may choose between signature-required and no-signature delivery. However, we strongly recommend selecting the signature-required option for jewelry orders, as it provides an additional layer of security, reduces the risk of loss or theft, and ensures that your package is safely received.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and will be billed directly by the carrier.
If a package is returned because the recipient refused to pay these fees, the refund will be partial and will not include the shipping and return costs.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. MDA is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@mdastore.com. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
